Job Title

In-Park Duties and Responsibilities

Interact and support guests, fellow team members, and management on a daily basis.

Receive deliveries, count and inspect for damages, shortages and accuracy.

Re-ticket product as necessary for markdown or vendor ticket corrections.

Orderly rotation of food items and re-stocking of units on a daily basis.

Legibly completing paperwork associated with unit deliveries.

Pick-up and/or straighten all areas encountered during the course of making deliveries.

Ensures the accurate execution of all events during his/her shift.

Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; breaks down the setup and leaves the area neat and clean; returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.

Logs and maintains food temperatures.

Collect and return daily all empty food containers and pallets to proper location for reuse or return to vendor.

Arranges tables and decorations.

Arranges buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.

Serve food and beverages to guests.

Housekeeping to include straightening, picking up, sweeping, and floor cleaning.

Inspect all warehouse equipment and monitor to ensure proper use and maintenance.

Maintain material movement records in appropriate computer system as directed.

Complete team member and guest transactions using proper cash handling techniques and procedures.

Assist other In-Park Services departments as needed.

Qualifications:

Maintain proper grooming and uniform guidelines at all times.

Follow and enforce all park policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner at all times.

Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with others.

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with Guest, other Team Members, and leadership.

Ability to handle multiple projects, while paying close attention to details.

Use efficient time management to complete required tasks and projects.
