Become the Financial Controller You've Always Wanted to Be Responsibilities Lead and oversee all accounting processes and financial operations for the hospital, including billing, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, budgeting, and audits. Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, and state financial reporting. Develop and implement plans to enhance operational efficiency as requested by hospital leadership and corporate office. Participate in governing committees and boards as needed. Monitor compliance with Medicare regulations and ensure adherence to best practices. Celebrate team successes and milestones regularly! Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred. Minimum five years of experience in hospital accounting is highly preferred. Proven knowledge of financial management principles and healthcare operations. Experience in financial operations, including labor management, revenue analysis, and expense management. Familiarity with budgeting processes, including capital and operational planning.
