Senior Benefits & Total Rewards Manager

BDO USA in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation and administration of the firm’s benefits and LOA programs. You will partner with the Director of Benefits and other leaders to align Total Rewards with business goals and ensure competitive, compliant programs. Responsibilities include managing enrollment cycles, COBRA/retiree plans, vendor relationships, and program audits, while mentoring a team and advocating for best practices in ERISA compliance, #J-18808-Ljbffr BDO USA
