Job PostingBasic qualifications are:Must be 18 years oldPossess a high school diploma or equivalentOne year of manufacturing experience preferred but not requiredAvailable to work any shift, weekends, holidays and overtime as requiredAbility to frequently lift 50 lbsWilling to adhere to all safety rules and regulations, including all PPE requirementsMust be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background checkEssential job functions are:Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on work orders.Prepare and move coils/products for shipment using a forklifts and overhead cranesPerform production line duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, banding, labeling operations and sortingPrepares finished coils/product for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.Report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisorMaintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety policiesPhysical Demands:May be required to stand for long periods of timeMay involve some repetitive motionsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsMay also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containersDue to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and coldRequirements:Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructionsPossess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and divisionPerform basic visual quality inspections on productsUtilize power tools and various equipment as needed to perform dutiesMust be certified or become certified in operation of forklifts and overhead cranesWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package including 401(k) with some employer match, medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, basic life insurance, paid vacation and holiday package.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
