As a the company Talent Sourcer, you will build talent pipelines for some of the most technically demanding roles on earth. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to identify and engage exceptional talent who want to help make life multiplanetary. In many cases, you are candidates' first encounter with the company, and it is your job to represent the company with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm. We work in teams and focus on collaboration, yet require a high degree of autonomy. So, while you are not expected to go it alone, you are expected to show initiative, take responsibility, and see tasks through to completion. Proactively source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, niche technical forums, and other channels Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles Leverage AI-powered sourcing and research tools to increase pipeline speed and quality while maintaining a personal touch Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategy #J-18808-Ljbffr United States Digital Space LLC
