Lumadue’s Restaurant & Catering — Shermans Dale, PA

We are looking for an experienced, dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We are a busy, family-owned Italian restaurant, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays calm when things get busy, and understands that a successful kitchen requires everyone working together.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes, standards, and presentation
Work efficiently on the line during busy dinner service
Properly prepare and portion ingredients before and during service
Maintain consistency and quality with every dish
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food-safety procedures
Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
Assist with prep work as needed
Communicate and work closely with the rest of the kitchen staff
Help with cleaning and closing responsibilities at the end of the night
Treat coworkers and guests with professionalism and respect

What We’re Looking For

Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
Reliable and dependable
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Able to follow recipes and instructions consistently
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willing to help wherever needed — “that’s not my job” isn’t how our kitchen operates
Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
Must be able to stand for extended periods and safely lift typical kitchen supplies and equipment

Schedule

Our restaurant is open Wednesday through Saturday from 5 PM–8 PM.

This position requires evening and weekend availability , with additional time before and after service for prep and closing.
