Location: This is a full-time on-site opportunity based in Geneva, Illinois, where you'll work closely with attorneys and litigation staff in a collaborative office setting.
Note: Applicants must have at least 2 years of personal injury law experience. Experience supporting either plaintiff or defense personal injury litigation is preferred.

Job Description
- Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys throughout the personal injury case lifecycle.
- Prepare, proofread, and organize legal correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and other case documents.
- Maintain and organize case files while tracking important litigation deadlines.
- Coordinate medical records, billing records, and other case-related documentation.
- Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, client meetings, and other legal appointments.
- Assist with trial preparation and settlement documentation.
- Maintain accurate case management records and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.
- Support attorneys in delivering exceptional client service throughout the litigation process.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of personal injury legal assistant experience.
- Experience supporting personal injury litigation matters.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
- Professional, dependable, and client-service oriented.
