Analytic Tools Process Specialist

Pay Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $38.00/hr Payrate: $35.00 - $38.00/hr. Overview The Analytic Tools Process Specialist II will support the implementation and ongoing operations of the Azara platform, which integrates with EMRs (Electronic Medical Records) to drive clinical quality programs within value-based payment agreements. This role involves both internal collaboration with data and project teams and external engagement with provider practices to ensure successful EMR connectivity and data integration. Responsibilities Support implementation of Azara platform connections with provider EMRs across Company’s footprint. Coordinate with internal project and data teams, vendor partners, and external practices to establish and maintain EMR connections. Monitor and troubleshoot data feeds into Azara, escalating issues and collaborating with vendors and analysts to resolve discrepancies. Perform data validation and reasonability testing in Excel, ensuring accuracy and reliability of clinical quality reporting. Track project progress across multiple practices, ensuring timely completion of connectivity and compliance requirements. Assist practices with security assessments, documentation, and requirements for EMR integration. Apply clinical quality measure knowledge (HEDIS and other standards) to interpret compliance rates and identify gaps in colorectal cancer screenings, breast cancer screenings, A1C measures, and other health outcomes. Contribute analytical insights to improve processes, tools, and reporting outcomes. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred (not strictly required). Equivalent experience in healthcare data, clinical quality programs, or EMR integration strongly considered. 2-4 years of relevant professional experience. Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to track multiple practices and deliverables. Proficiency in Excel for data exports, validation, and reasonability testing. Analytical mindset with ability to identify data discrepancies and propose next steps. Familiarity with EMRs, clinical quality measures, and healthcare data processes. Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and external practices. Desired Skills Experience with HEDIS and other clinical quality measurement standards. Understanding of clinical coding (e.g., CPT/HCPCS codes, LOINC, SNOMED) relevant to compliance measures. Exposure to value-based payment programs and quality reporting initiatives. Final offer amounts are determined by factors including relevant skills, education and experience, and the benefits package selected.
