Senior Credit Analyst

Senior Credit Analyst - Bismarck, NDBNC National Bank is looking for a Senior Credit Analyst to join our Credit Administration team! This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of commercial credit analysis and underwriting while also having an interest in mentoring, coaching, and developing other credit professionals. In this role, you will:Perform complex commercial credit analysis and underwritingAnalyze borrower financials, cash flow, collateral, repayment capacity, and overall credit riskPrepare and present comprehensive credit memorandumsMake recommendations regarding risk ratings, loan structure, covenants, collateral, and risk mitigationSupport complex and higher-risk commercial transactionsMentor and coach members of the underwriting teamServe as a resource for credit policy, underwriting practices, and complex transactionsContribute to process improvement and the continued development of our Credit functionWe're looking for someone with at least five years of progressive commercial underwriting and/or credit analysis experience, with experience in commercial real estate, C&I, and SBA lending. Previous mentoring, coaching, or training experience is a plus!
