Labor and Delivery (L&D) specialty nurse position available in an acute care setting. The role involves delivering care for patients during the childbirth process, with a focus on maternal and neonatal health, at a facility requiring prior travel experience and a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The position is scheduled for night shifts and starts on November 16, 2026.

Job Details

• Certifications & Education Requirements: Must have BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), Fetal Monitoring certification, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and TN (Trauma Nursing) or multistate RN license on file at time of submission.
• Experience & Location: Must have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in labor and delivery, with prior travel experience preferred.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Capable of circulating during procedures.
• Clinical and Operational Details: The unit is a 14-bed facility with patient ratios of 1:1-2, including float coverage to NICU and postpartum units. EMR systems used are Cerner and GE Centricity.
• Start Date: 11/16/2026.
• End Date: 02/13/2027.
• Travel Requirements: Travel is required; float to help in NICU and postpartum units may be necessary.
