About Our Agency I opened my agency in 2003 and have built a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served in the Army, which shaped my leadership style and commitment to discipline, teamwork, and taking care of the people around me. I'm a parent of two, and outside the office I stay involved in the community, including serving on the NC USA Wrestling board. Being active locally and supporting youth programs is something I care deeply about. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour We're Hiring!
