What You’ll Do As our Store Manager, you'll run the show?balancing leadership, operations, and customer care. Lead & Grow Your Team : Recruit, train, and coach employees to deliver outstanding service. Drive Store Success : Analyze sales, manage inventory, and implement strategies to maximize performance. Create a Great Experience : Keep your store clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Support Customers : Resolve issues with professionalism and build lasting loyalty. Maintain Standards : Oversee safety, cash handling, and company policy compliance. Jump In Where Needed : Support nearby locations and tackle challenges with confidence. Requirements 5+ years of retail leadership (Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager). What You Bring Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency and reliability in fast-paced settings. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally. Flexible schedule , including nights, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver's license and auto insurance (required).
