What You’ll Do As a Line Cook at Ledgeview Brewing Company, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure food safety and quality. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service. Assisting with inventory management, including monitoring supplies and minimizing waste. Following recipes and presentation standards to deliver dishes that delight our guests. Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed to handle kitchen supplies and equipment. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or culinary setting. A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes. Physical stamina to handle the demands of a busy kitchen, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
