In-Office Food Service Associate

This is an in-office role requiring the associate to be in office each day. The candidate will assist with food preparation for breakfast and lunch services for office associates in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing workstations. This includes prep, cooking, serving, and clean up.

Responsibilities:

• Weekly rotation of various cooking stations and salad bar
• Assist with food preparation for breakfast and lunch services for office associates
• Assist with preparing coffee
• Assist with food and beverage caterings within the building, including set up and take down
• Back up the cashier station and work with different payment types
• Follow safe food-handling practices
• Operate dishwashers and other cafe' equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
• Assist with receiving, stocking and inventory of food and beverage items
• Work schedule is 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (Monday through Thursday) and every other Friday from 6:00 am to 10:00 am
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• 90% of day is standing
• Aptitude for cooking
• Excellent customer service skills
• Pleasant verbal skills
• Ability to excel in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Catering and food service experience a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
