Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Active school psychologist certification or eligibility for state licensure
• Proven experience conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Ability to handle a caseload of approximately 50-60 evaluations
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, RTI/MTSS, and special education processes
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual assessments and evaluations for students referred for special education services
• Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests and assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop appropriate educational and behavioral interventions
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing expertise on learning, behavior, and social-emotional support
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Offer crisis intervention, consultation, and recommendations for students’ optimal learning environments
• Support data-driven decision making and intervention planning across the school community
