Description
A Kitchen Partner can hold many different back of the house jobs including, but limited to Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher. The Kitchen Partner reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and all other store management. The Kitchen Partner ensures that all product is made in a timely fashion using recipes set forth by the company. The Kitchen Partner must manage security and shrinkage control as well as overall sanitation of their work area.
