Accounts Payable Controls Analyst We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Controls Analyst to support key financial operations, focusing on Travel & Entertainment, SAP access governance, and vendor maintenance. The role aims to improve cost transparency, identify savings, enforce compliance, enhance employee experience, and maintain SAP Chart of Authority and vendor data integrity. Key Responsibilities Develop reporting and KPIs to track spend and identify cost savings (Travel & Entertainment). Maintain and update T&E policies, procedures, and documentation. Audit employee expense reports to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and timely reimbursement; resolve discrepancies. Provide expert guidance on T&E policy interpretation and compliance. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. Support internal or external audits with T&E documentation. Oversee SAP Chart of Authority database; ensure alignment with approved levels. Validate access requests and ensure approvals prior to updating records. Coordinate with HR and IT on employee status changes affecting access. Recommend process improvements for access governance. Maintain documentation on Chart of Authority administration. Support audit requests on access and authority controls. Track vendor maintenance KPIs. Monitor vendor errors and trends; raise systemic risks. Recommend improvements to accuracy, efficiency, and control effectiveness. Lead process improvement initiatives and system enhancements for vendor workflows. Maintain vendor records in SAP and Graphite. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder resolutions for vendor-related issues. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field. 2+ years’ experience in vendor maintenance, access administration, T&E support, or financial operations. Working knowledge of SAP or an equivalent ERP. Experience with Graphite and/or Concur. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (analysis, KPI tracking, reporting). Understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties. High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work cross‑functional with Finance, HR, IT, Audit, and business partners. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience developing or maintaining SOPs and control documentation. Knowledge of tax documentation (W-9, W-8, VAT). Experience tracking operational KPIs and identifying trends. Process improvement or continuous improvement experience. Experience supporting internal or external audits. Equal Opportunity Employer .
