Materials Coordinator

Materials Coordinator

Join a service depot supporting surgical robotic equipment at a global medical technology company. You will keep critical parts and systems moving from receipt to release, working hand in hand with technicians, production and procurement in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

Track components, subassemblies, instruments and full robotic systems through receipt, inspection, service and release
Maintain accurate inventory and traceability records in SAP, ServiceMax and local systems
Control the flow of goods and documentation for depot operations
Keep quality documentation complete and in line with established procedures
Coordinate with production, procurement, depot technicians and SAP experts to keep materials moving

Qualifications

Required

Able to work onsite, full-time, in Weston, FL
Able to follow established procedures and keep accurate traceability and quality documentation

Preferred

2 years of experience in medical capital equipment
Experience with SAP and ServiceMax
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma
Experience with automation
