Senior Manager, Marketing

SEI is seeking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team in our Asset Management division. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously advancing the marketing strategy for Stratos, powered by SEI. You will embody a multifaceted skill set and an unmatched proficiency in multiple specialized marketing disciplines. You have an extensive track record of success in orchestrating complex, mid-to-large-scale marketing initiatives within a dynamic and competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of SEI's business nuances and overarching organizational goals, coupled with a relentless drive for innovation and excellence in crafting marketing solutions.In this pivotal role you'll be a key driver in shaping the trajectory of Stratos, powered by SEI, growth—organic, recruited, and acquired—through the strategic orchestration of marketing endeavors including opportunistic campaigns, programs, and thought leadership that help position Stratos as a premier destination for financial advisors, leveraging data and analytics to drive awareness and growth. You will collaborate with Business and Sales leaders as well as subject matter experts across the organization to inform and direct the marketing strategy, and you will apply data-driven marketing tactics to drive awareness and engagement.This role reports to the Segment Marketing leader and is a member of the Segment Marketing Leadership Team.What you will do:Design, lead, and innovate marketing strategies that attract new advisors and end-clients to the Stratos ecosystem, bolster the adoption of SEI’s investment products across the Stratos advisor base, and increase revenue growth across the Stratos business lines.Oversee multiple mid-to-large-scale, complex programs aligned with SEI's growth objectives tied to the Stratos business.Operate with a digital-first approach, mapping a content journey that helps move prospects through the sales pipeline—and keeps clients engaged.Identify compelling thought leadership topics that align with the business strategy.Build cross-functional partnerships with the Stratos leadership, relationship management, and sales teams, drafting and developing presentations, digital and traditional literature, email campaigns, and website content that embrace the mind-of-the-buyer.Use data and key metrics to refine key initiatives, embracing a “launch, test, learn, optimize” mindset.Fully leverage the marketing tech stack to utilize tools and resources that amplify marketing efforts.Help translate and transform sophisticated in-depth materials into clear and digestible content.Contribute strategic ideas and themes that support the sales channel’s initiatives and help drive brand awareness.Foster strong internal relationships to ensure all internal resources are leveraged and optimized, as well as collaborate with SEI’s Global Capabilities Center (GCC) and third-party marketing agencies to build an optimal operating model that can support content production at scale.Collaborate with the in-house Creative team to explore visual approaches that break the mold and elevate the content and campaigns.Utilize public relations, social media, and internal communications to amplify the channel strategy.Be knowledgeable on current market trends, the competitive landscape, and target markets.Work with Compliance to navigate the approval process.Partner with data analysts to institute a measurement framework based on goals and KPIs for campaigns, launches, and collateral.What we need from you:Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with proven expertise in multiple specialized marketing disciplines.Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex, impactful marketing programs that drive significant business growth.In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and trends.Exceptional understanding of SEI's business, organizational objectives, and the competitive landscape.Proven ability to influence and build strategic relationships across all levels of the organization.Experience, or willingness to learn, building marketing campaigns in a CRM, such as Salesforce.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Project management expertise.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities across multiple levels of the organization.What we would like from you:Experience working in a financial services or similar industry.Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging insights to drive marketing strategies.Track record of negotiating change and driving innovation within the marketing function.Experience as a key advisor to functional leadership, contributing to departmental and organizational success.Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, English or a related field.SEI’s competitive advantage:To help you stay energized, engaged and inspired, we offer a wide range of benefits including comprehensive care for your physical and mental well-being, a strong retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, support for working parents and flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) so you can relax, recharge and be there for the people you care about.
