The Delivery Driver Role The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering fresh floral products to customers across assigned routes. This role plays a key part in ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining product quality, and providing excellent customer service that strengthens client relationships. What You’ll Do Safely operate a refrigerated box truck to complete daily delivery routes Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of fresh floral products to customers Provide professional and courteous customer service during all deliveries Maintain vehicle cleanliness, organization, and basic operational readiness Load and unload product efficiently while protecting product quality Follow assigned routes and adjust as needed to meet delivery timelines Partner with warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to work in a warehouse and refrigerated cooler environment (approximately 34°F) and to lift, carry, and move products up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. The position also requires frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing in and out of a truck, and extended driving periods.
