Product Development Engineer

Overview We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to join a growing team focused on the design, development, and qualification of packaging systems for sterile and non-sterile medical devices. Responsibilities Support packaging development projects from concept through verification and transfer Assist with design control activities and packaging documentation Participate in packaging verification and validation activities Prepare test protocols, reports, specifications, and change documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Support continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated environment What We\'re Looking For Bachelor\'s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field 1–3 years of packaging engineering experience Exposure to medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries preferred Knowledge of sterile barrier systems, packaging validation, and relevant standards such as ISO 11607 and ISO 13485 Familiarity with ASTM/ISTA testing standards and packaging design tools (SolidWorks, CAPE, TOPS, etc.) is a plus Strong technical documentation and communication skills This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career packaging engineer looking to gain hands-on experience in medical device product development within a collaborative, quality-driven environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC
