Position Financial Center Associate – Responsible for first point-of-contact with clients, fostering relationships, and directing them to specialized services. Key Responsibilities Partner with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies. Assist, educate, and train clients using self-service technologies. Leverage resources, technologies, and processes to enhance the client experience and ensure operational excellence. Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines for account opening, maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping. Manage client interactions to act in the best interests of the client and the bank, abiding by regulatory requirements. Proactively connect with clients through outbound calls and consistent follow-up routines. Required Qualifications Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented, client-centric environment. Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results. Collaborative – builds and nurtures strong relationships. Passionate about improving clients' financial lives. Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging all clients in-person and by phone. Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technologies, and changing circumstances. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Effective time management – organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Can obtain or hold a notary commission within a few months of start date; must work weekends and/or extended hours. Desired Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field. Experience in a financial center with goal attainment or exceeding. Retail and/or sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment. Experience achieving team and individual goals. Financial information, spreadsheet, and finance skills. Knowledge of banking products and services. Strong computer skillset including Microsoft applications and laptop technology. Active listening, business acumen, customer focus, oral communication, problem solving, account management, and client experience. Branding, client management, client solutions, advisory, relationship building, business development pipeline management, prospecting, referral identification, and referral management. Minimum Education Requirement High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Shift & Hours 1st shift (United States of America). 40 hours per week. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay range: $25.97 - $31.75, based on experience, education, and skill set. Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan.
