What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide exceptional, person-centered care by:

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other activities of daily living

• Building meaningful relationships while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life

• Providing compassionate support to residents living with memory loss and cognitive impairment

• Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being

• Encouraging participation in daily routines, activities, and social engagement

• Working closely with nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding resident care

• Creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents and their families

Qualifications

We're looking for dependable, compassionate professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care.

Requirements:

• Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous experience as a CNA in senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, home health, or memory care

• Memory Care or dementia care experience is strongly preferred

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A compassionate, patient, resident-first approach to care
