Pay & Benefits

• Competitive annual salary: $136,822 $179,379 (based on experience)
• Additional Compensation: Up to $10,000 annually through QVIP
• Relocation bonus: Up to $10,000 (if applicable)

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive overnight trauma and acute surgical care
• Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, develop treatment plans
• Manage inpatient trauma and emergency surgery patients
• Support trauma surgeons with procedures and patient management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
• Document all care accurately using Epic EMR
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical staff bylaws
• Participate in mentorship, leadership development, and ongoing education activities
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care

What You Need

• Colorado NP license or eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years trauma or surgical experience (or completion of fellowship)
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and safety
• No locums or travel-only candidates; this is a full-time, permanent role
