Job duties:

Work hybrid remote. We have offices in:

• New York City / Manhattan
• Uniondale / Garden City
• Westchester County / White Plains
• Buffalo
• Hackensack / Florham Park (NJ)

The Attorney will report to clients and carriers, appear in Court for conferences and motions, comply with discovery, take and defend depositions, coordinate medical examinations and prepare and file motions.

Required:

• Recent experience with NY Labor Law
• NY bar
