Are you a physical therapist who loves treating active patients but is tired of the traditional high-volume clinic model? OrthoAthletic Physical Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Physical Therapist seeking more autonomy, better patient care, and the opportunity to grow with a young, expanding company. This is not a 20-patient-a-day PT job. At OrthoAthletic, you'll provide one-on-one care in a premier country club setting, working primarily with golfers, tennis players, pickleball players, and active adults who want to stay healthy and perform at a high level. You'll have the freedom to manage your own schedule, build relationships within the club, and develop your own patient base while having the support and resources of OrthoAthletic behind you. You'll have the flexibility to combine hands-on treatment with strength, mobility, and performance training based on each patient's individual needs. Our therapists are encouraged to take ownership of their location, build relationships within the club, and create an exceptional experience for every patient. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone independent, personable, motivated, and excited about helping grow something. Requirements: Doctor of Physical Therapy degree Texas PT license or eligibility for licensure Strong orthopedic and exercise-based rehabilitation skills Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Even better if you have: CSCS certification TPI certification or an interest in golf performance Dry needling certification Experience working with golfers, tennis players, pickleball players, or active adults An interest in performance, strength and conditioning, or private practice More Than Just Another PT Job OrthoAthletic is continuing to expand throughout Texas, and we're looking for therapists who want to grow with us.
