Facilities Coordinator

Position Overview Join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward in real estate. Responsibilities Maintain the appearance of lobby and assigned office spaces, routinely wipe down high touch points, clean common areas, and monitor and restock essential supplies. Handle trash and recycle removal, immediately address spills, safety hazards, and cleaning needs. Conduct minor repairs such as changing light bulbs and tightening loose fixtures, report larger maintenance issues, and assist with setting up or breaking down furniture for events. Keep exterior entrances tidy, remove debris from walkways, and perform seasonal tasks such as light snow removal or clearing parking areas. Observe assigned areas for damage, report items needing attention to the supervisor, and perform simple repairs and adjustments, including unstopping toilets and light janitorial/housekeeping duties. Interpret and complete work orders as instructed, providing daily close-out and weekly updates when required. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Complete any other duties and tasks assigned by management. Location & Compensation Location: On-site, Boston, MA. Estimated compensation: $49,000 - $62,000 per year.
