Account Manager

Position Summary Specialized Assessment & Consulting is seeking an Account Manager to support school districts, charter schools, and special education providers nationwide. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, helping ensure services are delivered smoothly while maintaining the high-touch, white-glove experience our partners expect. We’re looking for someone who is: Relationship-focused and service-oriented Organized and detail-driven Proactive, responsive, and solutions-focused Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Committed to professionalism, accountability, and teamwork Qualifications Experience in account management, customer service, client support, staffing, education, healthcare, or a related service-focused role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond professionally to client and provider needs. Comfortable utilizing CRM systems, databases, and business technology platforms.
