Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and document patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and families, and help optimize safety, independence, and quality of life.
