As the Receptionist at Cuddle Up Pup, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly while creating a warm and inviting experience for both our furry guests and their owners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and their dogs with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries.
- Writing professional emails and handling document uploads/scanning.
- Maintaining an organized front desk and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.
- Assisting with light cleaning tasks and ensuring the facility is tidy and safe.
- Interacting with dogs—because at Cuddle Up Pup, they’re part of the family!
- Occasionally bending, crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

We’re seeking someone who embodies our values of compassion, reliability, and attention to detail. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to write professional emails.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a genuine love for dogs.
- Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
