A respected value-based care clinic in San Francisco, CA , is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its Family Medicine team and treat patients from pediatric through geriatric . This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values high-quality care, strong patient relationships, and an outstanding work-life balance in a supportive practice environment with low turnover.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only practice
• Treat pediatric through geriatric patients
• Mix of wellness visits, preventive care, and same-day sick visits
• Average patient volume of 16-18 patients per day
• Full-time, 32-36 Hours a week , Monday-Friday,
• Positive team culture with a focus on provider satisfaction and quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

• NCCPA Certification
• Active California Physician Assistant license or ability to obtain
• Minimum of:
  • Two (2) years of primary care experience, or
  • One (1) year of urgent care experience plus one (1) year of primary care experience
