Responsibilities Help customers with insurance product questions and coverage options Assist with new policy applications, changes, and renewals Follow up with leads and support sales through excellent customer service Respond quickly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Keep accurate records of customer interactions and account activity Qualifications Strong communication and customer-focused attitude Outgoing, personable, and comfortable building relationships Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask Bilingual required (English/Spanish) Prior customer service or sales experience preferred Base compensation plus commissions and bonuses.
