Role Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations across properties and departments
• Support and supervise property management and maintenance teams
• Develop and improve operational procedures and workflows
• Monitor property performance, occupancy, and operational goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Assist with budgeting, vendor management, and cost control
• Coordinate staffing, training, and employee performance management
• Handle escalated operational or resident concerns professionally
• Work closely with ownership and management to implement company initiatives
• Maintain high standards for customer service and property operations

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Real Estate License
• CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) preferred
• NAA credentials through the National Apartment Association
• Familiarity with Arizona Multi-housing Association Certification preferred
• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and identifying areas for operational improvement and cost optimization.
• Experience in Team Management, with the ability to inspire, coach, and lead diverse teams toward achieving business goals.
• Proficiency in Budgeting to monitor, allocate, and optimize financial resources effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining exceptional Customer Service standards, ensuring high satisfaction and fostering tenant relations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in property or real estate management is a strong advantage.
