Experience Required: 5+ yrs of related manufacturing process engineer experience

• Demonstrated project management / equipment delivery experience

• Deep understanding of gauge R&R and capabilities studies

• Experience working with axles or other automotive components

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Six Sigma experience o FMEA, PPAP, and DOEs experience o Visual Factory Management

• Ergonomic analysis knowledge and experience

• Skills Required: Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Problem Solving, Process Validation, Good Manufacturing Practices, Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement, PPAP processes , Manufacturing Processes, Lean Six Sigma, Assembly Lines
