In this position, you will play an important role in making sure our customers are taken care of and our team is well represented!Work Authorization:To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.Your Responsibilities:Be the first point of contact for customers through email and phone communicationAnswer questions on pricing, order status, inventory, and moreSupport & consult with the customer to provide recommendations and solutionsMonitor high priority customer ordersYour Shift:Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pmYou Must Have:High school education or equivalent in related experience1+ years of experience in a customer service related fieldAbility to communicate professionally both verbally and in writingStrong multi-tasking, attention to detail and analytic problem-solving skillsWork well independently as well as in a team environmentMicrosoft ExperienceWe Would Also Prefer:1+ years of related experience and/or trainingBasic understanding of the print process along with basic paper knowledge; paper gradesWilling to look at new and innovative ways to improve methods and processesAbility to speak fluent SpanishThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $16 - 18. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
