Location: Cleveland, OH | Buffalo, NY | Albany, NY | Columbus, OH

Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Java Developer with 8–14 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Apache Kafka, Apache Camel, and REST APIs. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Commercial Banking is highly preferred.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• 8–14 years of Java development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+ Spring Boot & Microservices
• Apache Kafka
• Apache Camel
• OpenAPI RESTful APIs & API Design
• API Gateway, JWT & OAuth
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Git & CI/CD Pipelines
• SQL Databases
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Leadership & Documentation:

• Develop solution architecture documents, migration strategies, technical designs, and implementation documentation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, IAM, application, and business teams.
• Present technical solutions and architecture recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience designing enterprise hybrid cloud and Microsoft infrastructure solutions.
• Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks, governance, and compliance standards.
• Cloud and Microsoft certifications (Azure, Microsoft Identity, TOGAF, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and enterprise architecture leadership skills.
