Electronic Assembler

We’re hiring Medical Device Assemblers in State College, PA ! This role supports medical device manufacturing through precision assembly, soldering, inspection, and documentation. If you’re highly detail-oriented, have strong manual dexterity, and enjoy hands-on work with small components, this is a great opportunity to join a medical device manufacturing team.

Compensation & Schedule :
Pay : $17–$24/hr, depending on experience
Type : 12-Month Contract
Location : State College, PA
Schedule : Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Full-Time, 40 hrs/week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities :
-Assemble miniature medical device components using written procedures, drawings, and detailed manufacturing instructions.
-Perform precision assembly tasks including hand soldering, bonding, and cable assembly.
-Work under a microscope and use small hand tools such as tweezers, picks, and X-Acto knives.
-Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions.
-Perform product inspections and basic testing to ensure quality and accuracy.
-Complete production and quality documentation accurately and maintain organized records.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all quality and safety procedures.
-Support continuous improvement and other production activities as needed.

Qualifications :
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
-Ability to work with small or delicate components and sit for extended periods.
-Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
Basic computer skills.
-Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience.
-Experience working under a microscope.
-Hand soldering or bonding experience.
