Location: Columbia, MO 
Full-Time 

Pay Range: $35,360 - $104,000 +  

Master Technician: $30–$50 Flat Rate with Guaranteed Hours + Up to $5,000Sign-On Bonus 

Experienced Technician: $23–$29 Flat Rate with Guaranteed Hours 

Developing Technician: $17–$22 Hourly 

Important: Professional Shop Experience Required  

While we hire developing technicians, this position is designed for candidates with  at least 2 years of professional automotive shop experience . 

Our training programs are designed to accelerate your career, not replace foundational shop experience. If you're looking for your first automotive job, we encourage you to gain hands-on shop experience and reconnect with us in the future.

Responsibilities (Based on Experience Level) 

All Technicians 

• Perform maintenance and inspection services 

• Complete digital vehicle inspections 

• Communicate recommendations to advisors 

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment 

• Participate in training opportunities 

• Support teammates and shop operations 

• Deliver quality work and professionalism 

Master Technicians 

• Advanced diagnostics 

• Complex repairs 

• Mentor and train developing technicians 

Experienced Technicians 

• Intermediate diagnostics and repairs 

• Continue developing advanced technical skills 

Developing Technicians 

• Maintenance services 

• Inspections 

• Assist senior technicians 

• Continue building technical knowledge 

Minimum Requirements 

• 2+ years professional automotive shop experience 

• Valid Driver's License (less than 3 violations in 3 years) 

• Reliable Transportation 

• Basic Computer Skills 

• Positive Attitude 

• Willingness to Learn & Grow 

Preferred Certifications 

• Missouri State Inspection License (or ability to obtain within 60 days) 

• ASE Certifications
