Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.As a Product Manager in the Embedded Payments team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.The Embedded Payments Product Manager will be responsible for customer needs analysis, service definition and for documenting associated requirements. They will work directly with both our Client facing teams, our feature development (i.e. Agile scrum) teams, operations and service teams. We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of product management discipline, a laser sharp focus on execution, and a passion for engaging with and solving client problems. The candidate will have exposure to clients, vendors, and leaders across the business.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersWorking with Product Managers to help drive Client success including new feature adoption, Client growth, and issue resolutionOwn process to track and drive Client documentation, including setting up and publishing Client meeting notes, document and drive next steps and issue resolutionAssist with the planning and delivery of the strategic product roadmap through collaboration with various stakeholdersAnalyze the needs of the various persona's which use or interact with the service, document their user journeys and use casesLiaise with the Embedded Payments feature development teams to ensure that they understand these requirementsBuild and maintain working relationships with stakeholders across different functions (e.g., Legal, Risk, Compliance Operations, Technology etc.)Maintain internal and Client documentationAssist in production support for clients including troubleshooting client issues, defect management and client escalationsSupport ongoing sales and marketing efforts as a product consultant and subject matter expert on Embedded Payments ProductAssist in implementation of Client programs including configurations and setupsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementProject management experience with ability to manage multiple projects at one timeRelevant Product Management experiencePayments Product Management experienceFamiliarity with Agile development methodologyExperience documenting requirements and use casesExperience in collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationCreative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutionsStrong presentation and communication skillsAnalytical skills and demonstrates attention to detail in written documentationOrganizational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbout UsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
