Licensed Practical Nurse - Behavioral Health & Eating Disorder Treatment

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to support adolescents and adults in residential and outpatient eating disorder treatment programs. In this mission-driven, recovery-focused setting, you will deliver direct nursing care, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and documentation in the EHR. Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, and dietitians to implement evidence-based treatment plans. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, respond to crises, and promote a safe, trauma-informed milieu while upholding high standards of ethics, diversity, and clinical excellence. Provide direct nursing care to adolescents and adults in eating disorder treatment programs under RN and provider supervision Administer medications, monitor vitals, and document clinical observations accurately in the medical record Support medical and psychiatric treatment plans, including labs, EKGs, and coordination of care Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to communicate patient status and contribute to treatment planning Educate clients and families on medical aspects of eating disorders, recovery, and safety protocols Respond to medical and behavioral crises using de-escalation skills and established clinical protocols Maintain regulatory, infection control, and documentation standards in residential and outpatient settings Support therapeutic milieu by modeling recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and compassionate care Medication administration Vital signs monitoringElectronic Health Records (EHR) documentation Phlebotomy and basic lab procedures EKG performance and monitoring Wound care and basic medical procedures Behavioral health nursing Crisis intervention and de-escalation Care coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration Patient and family education Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active LPN/LVN license in practicing state BLS/CPR certification Experience in behavioral health, eating disorders, or related medical setting preferred Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) Knowledge of trauma-informed and recovery-oriented nursing care #J-18808-Ljbffr iaedp
