This role requires a passionate individual who can drive sales performance, cultivate strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our dealership. Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve dealership sales goals and targets.
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
- Implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations.
- Proven experience in automotive sales management or a related sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategic plans accordingly.
- Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Volkswagen products and the automotive industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
