Bilingual Customer Service Representative LHH has partnered with a dynamic and growing financial services company dedicated to providing top-notch services to their clients. As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, reliable, strong work ethic and eager to learn and grow within the company. • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and financial product information
• Discuss and clearly explain to clients their 401k options and how to allocate their funds
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service
• Previous experience in the financial services or similar industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or CRM software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Compensation

• $22.00/hour starting pay
• Contract-To-Hire

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday; 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
• Office is located in La Mesa, CA
• Potential to work a hybrid schedule after training is completed
