Senior Paid Media Strategist

Leading the paid media strategy for clients across various platforms, the full-time Senior Paid Media Strategist will manage campaign development from strategy to execution, utilizing AI for optimization and creative direction in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Own and develop paid media strategies for Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit, aligning them with client goals and broader marketing efforts Execute and optimize campaigns by managing the full path to conversion, testing creatives, landing pages, and adjusting based on performance data Utilize AI tools and data analytics to enhance campaign efficiency and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights to clients and internal teams Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting Proven ability to build paid media strategies based on client objectives, rather than executing pre-defined plans Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with additional experience in LinkedIn and Reddit Ads as a plus Hands-on experience with Google Ads MCP and API, as well as Meta Marketing API, demonstrating comfort with programmatic account management Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot, along with the ability to present strategic recommendations to clients Virtual Vocations Inc
