Location: 1301 East H Street, McCook, NE, 69001, United States Employee Type: Full-Time Required Degree: Doctorate The Emergency Department provider must be able to manage ED patients, as well as manage a moderately busy ED while on duty. Must have technical skills such as suturing, digital blocks, foreign body removal, I & D and splinting. Must be knowledgeable in the broad field of Emergency Medicine. Key Functions Functions as a provider in the Emergency Room for the McCook community and surrounding area within the scope of the state license. Develops a strong working relationship with providers at McCook Clinic and surrounding communities, hospital staff, and EMS. Participatory in Community Hospital strategic and operational functions. Promotes positive public relations with the community. Requirements Current Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant licensure in the State of Nebraska required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required. Current Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) required. PALS, NRP, ACLS highly encouraged.
