Your expertise will ensure patients receive thorough instruction and support, leading to improved sleep and health outcomes. Responsibilities: Conduct patient consultations to demonstrate CPAP equipment usage. Coordinate with medical staff to interpret prescription details accurately. Perform CPAP device fittings and adjustments to ensure comfort and efficacy. Educate patients on the maintenance and cleaning of CPAP equipment. Document patient interactions and equipment settings in the system. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with CPAP devices. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare or medical device setting. Ability to explain technical information to patients clearly and empathetically. Proven experience in troubleshooting medical equipment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient visits. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
