Your role will be to maintain the process by managing the credits and debits issued to our customers, working closely with the accounting and sales departments. Parallel to this, you will be responsible for updating reel serials and making sure the system reflects what is on the field for our plants and depots.Key Responsibilities:Understand the reels cycle, focusing on the return portion of itUnderstand the current policy and deposit systemEnsure data accuracy and perform troubleshooting on the reels portalRecord reels returned by carriers into SAPAnalyze reel return reports sent by depotsIssue reel credits to customersBill delayed deposits (debits) to customers under this conditionMaintain close contact with US and Canada reel depotsMaintain and update reel serial numbers, as neededQualifications & Skills:Relevant experience in data managementHighly analytical profileAttention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.Nice to HaveSAP experienceFrench proficiencyExperience with policies and documentation review-----------------------------------------Job Offer Fraud AlertWe take the security of our candidates seriously.
