Shift: 12 hours (Days & Nights)

Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
- Ensure that patients take their medication.
- Assist doctors and registered nurses.
- Liaise with patients' families.
Requirements:
- Must be certified as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- BLS (AHA).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a LPN in Long Term Care/ SNF Facilities.
