We're seeking a Fundraising Support Specialist to support participants involved in a nationwide fundraising campaign benefiting childhood cancer research. What You'll Do

As a Fundraising Support Specialist, you'll serve as a key point of contact for fundraising participants, helping ensure they have a positive and successful experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct outbound calls to fundraising participants to thank them for their involvement and support.
• Provide high level support to 100+ participants daily.
• Provide event and program support, answer questions, and offer guidance.
• Help participants maximize their fundraising efforts and achieve their goals.
• Respond to inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Collect participant feedback and document interactions.
• Accept donations over the phone and accurately process donor information.
• Enter and maintain participant and donation records within company systems.
• Utilize participant management and outbound calling software.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience:
• Call center experience preferred
• Fundraising, nonprofit, or volunteer experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Professional phone presence and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused during challenging situations

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• 30 hours per week
• Hybrid schedule with 2 in-office days per week

Compensation & Assignment Details

• $20.00/hour
• Temporary assignment lasting approximately 4 weeks
• Start date is 9/14
• Equipment provided, including laptop, monitors, headset, mouse, keyboard, and docking station
