Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Michigan Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Recent experience in a skilled nursing facility or post‑acute care setting preferred. Experience evaluating and treating geriatric populations, including mobility, transfers, balance, and fall‑risk interventions preferred. Familiarity with documentation systems used in SNF settings and experience completing Medicare‑related documentation preferred. Ability to work independently, manage caseloads, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:30‑16:30. Work Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 35 hours per week. Assignment Length: 13 weeks. Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
