As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Support in Matteson, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor and report security-related incidents, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations through required documentation and communication channels. Support a professional, welcoming environment while verifying access credentials and following visitor-management procedures. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
